As we bid Jane Ann farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Jane Ann is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Muench and Effie Muench (Wiles); her daughter Janice McKee; and her brothers, Billy Ray Muench (Norma) and Jack Muench (Virginia).
She is survived by: her husband Gale Leonard Pate, Jr.; and her daughters, Peggy Schillinger (Howard) of Bluffton and Linda Stewart (Randy) of Springfield, Missouri. She is also survived by nine grandchildren;18 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made payable to the Aurora United Methodist Church in care of the funeral home.
