He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pattyson and Ethyl Pattyson (Evans); his spouse Uldine Ivonne Scott; his children, Darrel Pattyson and Cheryl Jean Pattyson; his sister Imogine Clement; and his grandson Darin Pattyson.
He is survived by: his sons, Dwight James Pattyson (Deborah) of Marionville, MO and Charles Edward Pattyson (Ginny) of Holts Summit, MO; and his son-in-law Jim Smith of Marionville. He is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
