He is survived by: his wife Sally Ann Wise; his daughter Sarah Rafferty (Matt) of Homer, Alaska; his siblings, Gary Jessee (Sheri) of Aurora, Missouri and Janet Stubblefield (Dennis) of Aurora, Missouri; his nieces and nephews, Amy Scroggins (Derrick) of California, Lacy Phillips (Brandon) of Tallahassee, Lyndy Burtrum (Burt) of Monett, Missouri, Kyle Bagby (Alyssa) of Aurora and Clayton Bagby (Mia) of Monett, Missouri; his sisters-in-law, Kim Bagby (Terry) of Aurora and Lori Tegarden (Dave) of Springfield; and his parents-in-law, John and Sue Wise of Aurora, Missouri..
