He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Powell (Jack) and Chloe Powell; his former wife Wanda Thomas Powell; and his brother Larry Powell. He is survived by: his sons, Alan B. Powell and Travis L. Powell; his wife Patricia Powell; his sister Sally Wood; his granddaughter Jessica Powell; and his stepchildren, James Wolivar, David Wolivar and Deborah Hager. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and step grandchildren.
