It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Etta Elizabeth Hancock of Aurora, Missouri, who passed away on January 18, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Haskins and Pauline Haskins; her brother Harold; her sisters-in-law, Pat and Sherry; her nephew Michael; and her granddaughters, Nia and Blanca.
She is survived by: her husband John; her sons, Ric and Curtis; her children-in-law, Tracy and Jenny; her grandchildren, Jordan (Chris), Tara (Zach), Dylan and Allie; and her siblings, Bill, Les, Bob, Mary, Janice and Nancy.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Peterson Funeral Chapel (229 W Church St, Aurora, MO 65605). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
