She is survived by: her children, Charles Phelps (Crystal) of Aurora, Roger Phelps of Monett, Dale Phelps (Sarah) of Cassville, Becky Evans (Darryl) of Monett and Diana Utterback (Jerry) of Barry, IL; and her sisters, Ruby Jenkins of Monett and Betty Cook of Aurora. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
