He is survived by: his significant other Effie Collins (Raley); his children, Michael Collins of Aurora, MO., Donald Collins of Velma, OK., Kevin Collins of Battlefield, MO., David Collins (Alisha) of Paragould, AR., Curtis Collins of Ozark, MO., Angela Williams (Brian) of Aurora and Kimberly Haley of Aurora; and his sisters, Linda Garner of Joplin, MO., Carolyn Freiburger of Texas, Judy McCool of Roscoe, MN., Kay Graybill of Kansas City, MO. and Sue Atkeson of Chillicothe, MO.. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
