He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Henry and Ollie May Waggoner (Means); his son Dwain Waggoner; and his siblings, Dale Waggoner and Wanda Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Louise Robbins; his children, Diana Rauch (David) of Springfield, Missouri and Darren Waggoner (Ann) of Aurora; his grandchildren, Luke Rauch of Willard, Gabriel Rauch of Springfield, Missouri, Lakin Waggoner of Aurora and Lindsey Baker (Donovan) of Republic, Missouri; and his sister Shelba Parker (Glen) of Aurora, Missouri.. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made payable to the Clay Hill Cemetery, in care of the funeral home.
