Stephens and Evelyn Stephens (Scott); his siblings, Mark Stephens (Monica), John Stephens (Kathleen) and Elizabeth Kingsley; his spouse Debra Williams Baker (Jim); his children, William (Tiffany), Charles and Marie Stephens; his spouse Jeanne Montgomery Sawyer; his children, Blake Sawyer (Lauren) and Alyssa Ludwig (Josh); his parent-in-law Harold; his sister-in-law Suzie Morgans (Greg); and his grandchildren, Zeke, Isaiah Stephens, Sky, Sierra Ludwig, Hazel, Sophia and Calvin Sawyer. He was also cherished by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, and an aunt.
