He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ellingsworth and Pearl Hammonds Ellingsworth; his wife Leona; and his sisters, Ethelene and Madelene.
He is survived by: his children, Dean of Aurora, MO., Joe of Aurora, MO., Garry of Aurora, MO., Dale of Aurora, MO., Kenny Ellingsworth of Aurora, MO., Tony Ellingsworth of Greenfield, MO., Loretta Martin, Betty Brown, Sheryl Eakin (Mary Brown) and Kay Brown (Doris Brown) of Monett, MO.. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren; 50 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
