She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Haworth and Opal Myers Haworth; and her brothers, Jimmy and Eddie Haworth. She is survived by: her daughter Becky Turner (Jason) of Aurora; her brother Gerald Haworth (Reitha) of Monett; and her grandsons, Calvin Turner (Alex), Zachary and Justin Turner (Madison Shrum). She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
