She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Linwood Butler and Viola Butler (Emmons); her husband Calvin Burgess; her grandchildren, Brandi and Dakotah McQuay; her sister Inez Sears; her children, Sonya (Charles Moore), Melodee (Jim Nelson), Lisa (Randy McQuay) and Jeff; her daughter-in-law Debbie Burgess of Atlanta, Missouri; her grandchildren, Lyn Raquel Cooley (Adkins), Heather Leann (Adkins), Volpe (Jon), Amy Regina (Adkins), Haymore (Andre), Kimberly Ann Basler (Nelson), Mandi Dawn (Nelson), Stark (Mark), Jamee Lynn (Nelson), Beach (Chris), Franni Lee (Nelson), Smith (Jared), Dustin Randall McQuay, Sommer LeAnn (McQuay), Shannon (Isacson), Christine Ione (Bildner), Taran Elyse Alex Murphy (Burgess) and Colin Rhane Burgess; her great grandchild Regan Wm; and her great great grandchildren, Parker Lyn Cooley, Stella Marie Basler and Nelson Wayne Basler.

Memorials in memory of Wanda may be made to Mt. Tabor Cemetery.
