He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sr. Collier and Maude Collier (Hammers); his wife Shallon Sebrina Mills; his sisters, Teresa and Crystal Collier; and his brother-in-law Donnie Chatman.
He is survived by: his children, Shalyla Collier (Korbin Gunnels), Tristan Collier (Brooke Whittom) and Javeen Collier of Atlanta; his siblings, Diana Savage (Ronnie), Cindy Collier of Columbia, MO, Zenia Collier Lawless of Atlanta, GA, Sharon Chatman of Vandalia, Jerome Collier of Vandalia, Jimmy Collier of Vandalia and Rickey Collier; and his parents-in-law, Nancy and Frank Mills. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
