He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenden Halley and Lottie Jane Halley (Algiere); his son Colby Matthew Halley; and his brother Earl Halley. He is survived by: his wife Mary "Trudy" Halley; his daughter Gretchen Lee Marietta (Larry) of Dixon, MO; his daughter-in-law Twila Halley of Atlanta, MO; his grandchildren, Colby Frank Edwards (Ashton) of Bevier, MO, Samantha Beth Halley of Macon, MO and Colby Martin Halley (Aletha) of LaPlata, MO; his great grandchildren, Colby Edwards of Montana and Colby Mavrick Halley; and his sister-in-law Mary Ann Halley of Omaha, NE. He is also survived by two nephews; one niece; and other extended family.
The family suggests memorials to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Paralyzed Veterans of America.
