He is survived by: his pet Wish; his wife Sara; his sisters-in-law, Rebecca Windle (Joshua) and Deborah Freemantle (Mark); his parents-in-law, Janet Dickson and Vernon Dickson; his niece Kim Walsh (Marc); his nephews, Nicholas, Christopher and Patrick (Courtney); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jonathan, Sarah-Michelle, Mark-Evan, Beau and Riley; and his close friends, John and Mary Hendler.
