He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank S. Skelly and Bessie C. Skelly (Davis); and his siblings, Buster, Frances, Emma Jo, Mabel and Harold.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Skelly; his daughter Linda Skelly of Ashland; and his sister Dorothy King of Kansas City. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
