She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald A. John and Nelle W. John (Jones); her brother Austin D. John; her great-nephew Aaron John; her sisters-in-law, Delores John Kloss (Andersen) and Evelyn John (Burnett); and her husband George I. Baker.
She is survived by: her daughter Beth (Susan Elizabeth); her son-in-law David L. Dixon of Bolivar; her grandchildren, Laura Dixon, Phillip, Anna, Lillian, Noah Bly, Jacob Dixon (Emma Tabler) of Bolivar, Ethan and Lacey Dixon (Ruble) of Marshfield; her brother Justin A. John (Dorothy) of Ashland, MO; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Ellen John of Columbia, Ruth Meyer (Baker) of Troy and Clara Stovall (David E. Stovall). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and many wonderful friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts be designated to the Baker-Keathley Music Scholarship fund at SBU, Bolivar or CMH Hospice here in Bolivar, whom the family thanks for their excellent, compassionate care of both George and Susan in their last few months here.
