He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Foley and Aleta Anderton Foley; his wife Jane Foley; his daughter Rebekah Harrach; his grandson Dustin Gonnerman; and his siblings, Leon, Bill, Paul and Anita.
He is survived by: his children, Judy Gonnerman, Cheri and David Langaker; his grandchildren, Danielle, Chris, Eric and Karisha; his great grandchildren, Hadleigh, Breckan, Emelia and Ave; and his brother Jim Foley.
