He was predeceased by: his parents, Derwood Tracy and Bettye Tracy. He is survived by: his wife Sally Tracy of Ashland; his children, Kelly Randle (Will) of Ashland, MO, Angela Shultz (Martin) of Columbia, MO, Kalynn Ramsey (Josh) of Columbia, MO, Neal Wise of Austin, TX, Jake Glascock of Austin, TX and Jaclyn Jones (Laura) of St. Louis, MO; and his brothers, Richard Tracy and Mark Tracy. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
