He was predeceased by: his parents, Vera J. Becker and James Theo Scally; his wife Lois Burney DeClue; his half-brothers, Barry Wayne Becker and Stephen Tracy Lamb; his stepchildren, David DeClue and Lemyra DeClue; his great-niece Camille Isabelle Crews; and his great-nephew Kevin Lee Keller.
He is survived by: his son James; his daughter-in-law Heather; his grandchildren, Wyatt, Noah and Chloe of Las Vegas, Nevada.; his siblings, Verneila Anne Coffman, Susan Dawn Ellison, Delawna Joy Burgess and Galen Woodrow Lamb; his stepdaughter Kathy Wilson (Joe); his grandchildren, Karis Wilson and Rylie "Bug" Shoemaker; and his nieces and nephews, Tina Keller, Cynde Butts, Serena Latham, Emily Kasap and Phillip Ellison.
