With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ina Mae Brown of Ash Grove, Missouri, born in Polk, Missouri, who passed away on October 7, 2024 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Rowin and Routh Rowin (Smith); her husband Lloyd Brown; her grandchildren, Ellina Fitzgerald and Lloyd Eugene Henry; her great grandchildren, Justin Woods and Eugene Wayne Henry; her siblings, Raymond Rowin and Juanita Hayes; and her sons-in-law, Larry Rhyne and Harry Carmichael.
She is survived by: her children, Marcella Carmichael, Marjorie Rhyne, David Brown (Kay), Dale Brown (Nancy) and Gail Steelman (Jerry). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 11th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wilson - Griffin Funeral Homes - Ash Grove (201 S Daniel Ave, Ash Grove, MO 65604). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Johns Chapel Cemetery and left with the funeral home.
