With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecil Swinney of Ash Grove, Missouri, who passed away on May 1, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Raymond and Lilyth Melba Swinney (Rogers). He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his brother Bob Swinney; his sons, Charles Swinney, Jeff Martin (Sandra) and Doug Martin (Kelli); and his grandchildren, Kiara and Knox. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and many friends.
