He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his children, Mark, Nancy Crawford, Kerri, Paul Jewett, Jason, Paula Kermashek, Lisa and Damon Mattson; his grandchildren, Katie, Adam Vanderpool, Hunter Jewett and Norah Kermashek; and his great grandchild Jackson Vanderpool.
