It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elmer Eilers of Arrow Rock, Missouri, who passed away on May 2, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugo F. Eilers and Emma Bussey Eilers; his wife Mary Schanz Verts; and his siblings, George, Ben, August, Marion Eilers and Ann Dennis.
He is survived by: his daughter Susan Hoffman (Jimmy) of Marshall; his grandchildren, Seth and Lexi Hoffman; and his sister Catherine Eilers of Marshall. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family.
