He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Kelly R. Griffard; his children, Alex Griffard, Erica Brown (Mark), Nicole Kritzer, Jake Konradt (Becca Shaffer), Leo, Tempe and Lilly Hill; his parents, Joan Griffard (Rick) and Leonard; his sibling Lynn Griffard (Nic Matarazzi); his parents-in-law, Jack and Karen Williams; and his siblings-in-law, Terri Shelton, Cyndi and Patrick Weir.

If desired, memorial donations may be made in Scott's honor to The Alzheimer's Association, a charity he supported in memory of his father.
