He is survived by: his daughter Kathy Johnson (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Branon Johnson, Noah Johnson and Kate Johnson; and his sisters, Mary Ann Fox, Sherry Miller and Tammy Bishop. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
