He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Silas Russell and Gladys Lorene Ratliff (Neal); his wife Doris Jean Huffstutler; his children, Susan Diane Heilmann (John), Steve Ratliff (Michelle) of Dittmer, MO., Karen Dwyer (Jim) of Phoenix, AZ., Tracey Webb (David) of Collinsville, IL. and Dawn Campbell (Carl) of Mt Dora, FL.; his grandchildren, Diane, Megan, Brian, Kelley, Rob, Jon Paul, Katie, Cassie, Courtney, Caleb, Joe, Josh and Jason; his sisters-in-law, Phyllis and Sharon; and his brothers, Silas Neal, Melvin and Joe Ratliff. He was also cherished by 23 great grandchildren.
