He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ferrel Long, John Cook and Margaret Walters. He is survived by: his wife Diana Cook; his sons, Milton Cook (Kellie), Marvin Cook and Matt Cook (Bobbie); his grandchildren, Jessica Cook, Tyler Cook (Tosha), Margot Rider, James Cook (Randa), Amanda Cook (Aaron Mogensen), Levi Cook and Landon Cook; and his great grandchildren, Alivia Twiggs, Joseph Hembree, Tommy Smith, Dakota Smith, Chloe Smith, Riley Cook, Maddie Cook, Paisley Thomas, Gracelyn Thomas, Gracelyn Pemberton and Emersyn Venable.
