She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cain and Evelyn Cain; and her husband Orville R. Campbell. She is survived by: her children, Ronald L. Campbell (Jan) and Judy A. Burke (Mark); her grandchildren, Shawn Burke and Ryan Burke (Alex); her great grandchildren, Brooke Burke and Karter Burke; and her siblings, Ginny Meador (Billy Cain), Betty DeClue, Homer Cain and Ethel DeClue (Anna Mae Curtis).

Memorial donations in Mildred's Honor may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl.
