We are sad to announce that on September 28, 2021, at the age of 85, Marie Laverne Box of Arnold, Missouri, born in Saint Louis, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eblert Pilger and Grace Pilger (Tracey); and her siblings, William Pilger, Edward Pilger, Leroy Pilger, Deanna Parris, Ruth Helferstay, Sharon Bliss, Betty Foley and Helen Pilger.
She is survived by: her children, John Box (Maria) of Manassas, Virginia and Jewell Box-Wolterman (Jake) of Locust Grove; her siblings, Robert Pilger of Saint Peters and Shirley Smith of Bonne Terre; and her grandsons, Jacob Mathews and Jamison Mathews. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
