She was predeceased by: her husband Adolph 'Al Geist III; and her daughter Sharon Rulo (Charles). She is survived by: her children, Alvin Geist, Dennis Geist (Evelyn), Jeanne Roussin, Connie Geist and Richard Geist; and her siblings, Edwin Blomker, Shirley Ruedlin, Eleanor Ponzar and Robert Blomker.

Contributions in Marcella's honor may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
