He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Lance and Darlene Gay Lance (Cole). He is survived by: his siblings, Stacy Rae Niemeier (Alex) of Saint Louis, Missouri, John Troy Lance of Ashley and Boyd Dean Lance (Tracy) of Glen Carbon, Illinois; his girlfriend Dawn Kerr of Athens; his girlfriend's children, Shawn Kerr of Athens, Tennessee and Lucas Kerr of Athens, Tennessee; his daughters, Nicole Marie and Keisha; and his nieces and nephews, Samuel James Lance, Tristan Joseph Lance, Brittney Alyssandra Lance, Kari Jean Lance and Tammi Fortag.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Lenny's honor to United Way of Greater Saint Louis and may be received by the Moran Queen-Boggs Funeral Home at 134 South Elm Street in Centralia, Illinois.
