He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Carl and Leona Ann Fitzsimmons (Rodmacher); his brother Leonard Fitzsimmons; and his brother-in-law Ron Burgett. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Ann Fitzsimmons (Eckles); his children, Guy Fitzsimmons of St Louis, Cory Fitzsimmons of Festus and Angel Kelley (Ryan) of St Clair; his sister Linda Burgett of Topeka, KS; and his grandchildren, Sam and Grace. He is also survived by niece, nephews and great nieces.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Open Door Animal Rescue or the animal rescue group of donors choice.
