She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Ann Blaylock (Michael) of Collinsville, IL. and Diana Kay Ellis of Arnold, MO.; her grandchildren, Jamie Kay Dwight and Nicki Murray (John) of Irving, IL.; her great grandchildren, Colt Murray (Marissa Harrell) of Hillsboro, IL., Shea Murray of Hillsboro, IL., Chance Murray, Ethan, Keegan, Logan Murray of Irving, IL., Mikayla Saller of French Village, MO., Coby, Cohen, Isabella and Bristol Blaylock of O'Fallon, IL.; her great great grandchildren, Rori Murray and Oaklynn Murray; and her siblings, Peggy Sloan, Sonny Cook (Evelyn) and Gene Cook.
