He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Joseph and Arla Glade Provo; his grandson Michael C. Meier; and his siblings, Andrew Provo, Robert Provo, Richard Provo, John Provo, Margaret Alhders, Clarence Provo and Ronald Provo.
He is survived by: his wife April Provo; his children, Monika Shaw (Art), Melinda Fiordimondo (Nat), Timothy Provo (Mesha) and Elizabeth Provo (Tony McCulley); and his brothers, Thomas Mason and Mel Provo. He is also survived by five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren.
