He is survived by: his children, Tina Kay Lombard (Randy) and Chad Lee Strain (Kathryn); his grandchildren, Randall Lee Lombard, Jr., Nichole Marie Lombard, Jack Thomas Strain and Mitchell William Strain; and his great grandchild Destiny Nicole Kaylee Lombard.
