He was predeceased by: his wife Elsie Ruth Harmon; his parents, Carson David Harmon and Lucy Vance; and his siblings, Johnny Harmon, Arthur Harmon, Narvel Harmon, Henry Harmon, Gene Harmon, Leoma Middleton, Laura Niswonger, Bertha Harmon and Anna Harmon.
He is survived by: his children, Dale Harmon (Tracy), Brenda Riddle (Harvey) and Kimberly Ashlock (Russ); his siblings, Beulah Niswonger, Jimmy Harmon, Darrell Harmon, Harold Harmon and Lindell Harmon; his grandchildren, Jeff, Tiffany, Chris, Crystal and Shelby; and his great grandchildren, Jayden, Paige, Joey, Benny, Annie, Macey, Devon, Alan and Rusty Jae. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
