He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Cox and Ilene Cummings Cox (Camden); and his siblings, Claud "Corky" Cummings, Helen Lucks and Peggy Cummings.
He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Cummings of Flamingo, TX; and his sister Jacqueline "Jackie" Briscoe of Arnold, MO. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
