She is survived by: her child Gary Lackey (Diane) of Oakville, MO; her grandchild Darrell Dake of Pittsburgh, KS; her parents, Gertrude Scheneman and Major "Neil" Lackey; her husband Gary Lackey (Diane); her children, Brenda Dake (Kenneth) and Darrell Dake; and her grandchildren, Joel Dake (Katie), Kelley Chacon (Exel), Sheila Galliher (Ryan), Rachel Wistrom (Jonathan), Jeffrey Lackey (Paul Estill), Erin Reitter (Andrew) and Dawn Booker (Jeremy).
Memorial donations in Helen's honor may be made to the American Heart Association.
