He is survived by: his children, Mike Cutler, Allen Cutler and Debra Joan Cutler; his grandchildren, Billy Gene Cutler Jr. (Jennifer), Jennifer Mueller (Jon), Tammy Sansone (Joe) and Mike Allen Cutler; his great grandchildren, Nikky Courtois (Kevin), Alexis, Kyle Graves (Kassie), Kory Mueller, Jaren, Jennifer, Nick, Courtney, Mackenzie, Alexa Sansone, Kevin and Kristianna Conroy; and his great great grandchildren, Evelyn Courtois, Kinleigh, Kyla Logaglio, Kolton and Klara Conroy.
