He is survived by: his former wife Kathleen Ann Benthall; his wife Kathy Ann Lowery (Benthall) of Arnold; his children, Elmer Britton Lowery, III (Melisa) of Seattle, William Robert Lowery (Sheri) of Kennewick, Kathy Lynn Cape (Randy) of Hillsboro and Theresa Lynn Robson (Jeffrey) of Barnhart; his siblings, Billy Lowry (Shirley) of St. Louis, Dennis Lowry (Barb) of Caruthersville, Peggy Ward (Michael) of Memphis and Cheryl Lowry of Camden; his sister-in-law Sharon Lowry of Bismarck; his grandchildren, Ben, Kelsey, Anna, Alyssa, Jacob, Lucas, Ciara, Britton, IV, Sabastian, Charlotte and Eleanor; and his great grandchildren, Valeree and Knox. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
