It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edith Scoby of Arnold, Missouri, who passed away on April 24, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Umfress and Audie M. Umfress; her husband John T. Scoby; her children, Thomas W. Scoby and B. Jean Medlin; her siblings, R. C. Umfress, R. B. Umfress, Eula M. Pace and E. Lorene Taylor; her grandsons, Ricky Wright and Jeffery Medlin; and her great great grandchild Kason Laws.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Wright (Teresa) of Arnold, Margie Hess of St. Louis, Mary Roberts of Rolla and Bob Scoby (Betsy) of Conway; her son-in-law Donald Medlin of Clever, Missouri.; and her grandchildren, John Lauth, Debra Broeker, Sue DuBose (Troy), Sharon Behrens (Mark), Shelly Sessums (Mike), Stacy Laws (David), Lorri Erwin (Jesse), Chris Gherardini (Danielle), Steve Scoby (B. J.), Anita Nickle, Tim Medlin and Allie Wright. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren, 9 great great grandchildren several nieces, nephews and church friends.
