She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene Arras; and her parents, Presley P. and Dolores Short. She is survived by: her children, Robin Greer (Tom Neel) of Collinsville, IL and Richard Kibbler (Sue) of Cedar Hill, IL; her grandchildren, George Charlton, Kayla Charlton, Ryan Charlton, Amanda Mills (Rick) and Jesse Baily; her great grandchildren, Cameron, Annalyse, Jaxon, Jeorgia, Benjamin, Penelope, Violet, Steven, Emma, Vincent and Madison; and her brother Presley Short (Carol) of Hillsboro.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to Partners for Pets in St Jakob, Illinois.
