It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Jean Lane of Arnold, Missouri, born in Belleville, Illinois, who passed away on October 27, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mothers, Leslie Lobsinger and Irene Lobsinger (Palmer); her husband Robert Lane; her siblings, Jackie Doss, Linda Atkins and Ronnie Lobsinger; her son Roger Lane; her daughter-in-law Ruth Lane; her children, Debbie Graham (Steve) of Barnhart, MO, Marlene Goveia (Bill) of Normal, IL and Jeff Lane (Cyndi) of Marthasville, MO; her daughter-in-law Laura Lane of DeSoto, MO; her grandchildren, Amanda Dugan (Garett) of Cape Girardeau, Kristin Lane of Cape Girardeau, Andy Goveia (Abbie) of Normal, IL, Victoria Lane of DeSoto, MO, Michelle Shurtleff of Wentzville, MO and Blake Shurtleff of Wentzville, MO; her great grandchildren, William, Emmett Dugan, Riley and Maddie Goveia; and her siblings, June Carr, Pat Lieb, Kenny Lobsinger and Donnie Lobsinger. She was also cherished by her many cousins, nieces, nephews, neighbors, and friends.

Memorials may be given to the First Baptist Church of Arnold Library or St. Jude's Research Hospital.
