He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mausshardt and Nancy Mausshardt. He is survived by: his brother David Mausshardt (late Peggy); his close friend Bob Wallace; his significant other Allie Mausshardt (Waynick); his daughter Elizabeth Mausshardt; his stepdaughter Robin Tenshler; his niece Christina Brown (Smith); his grandchildren, Iris Atkins, Allie Bush and Brendan Bush; his cousin Joan Davidson; his grandson George Preston Bush III; his son-in-law George Preston Bush Jr.; and his pet Zeus.
After an 11 years long battle with Alzheimer's disease, the Coronavirus swooped in and loaded him in the tour van rather quickly.
They ask that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
