He was predeceased by: his parents, Fleek A. Pippin and Ella Pippin; and his siblings, James Pippin, Gerald Pippin, Leo Pippin, Cleo Pippin and Nadine Greene.

He is survived by: his wife Lillian J. Pippin (late Shirley Ann Pippin); his sons, Robert D. Pippin (Lynn) and Carl J. Pippin; his grandchildren, Scott Pippin (Terrie), Deanna Jungbluth (Andrew) and Christie Hottel; and his great grandchildren, Cameron, Gabriel, Andrew, Anna, Adam and Robert.
