She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Fred Stroupe; her great-grandparent van; her children, Sam Stroupe (Kathleen) of Armstrong, Vickie Gassman (Mark) of Roanoke, Penny Brown (Pete) of Glasgow and Tami Verner (Bill) of Armstrong; and her granddaughter Jamie Lee Verner. She was also cherished by 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
