She was predeceased by: her grandson Cameron Hackley; and her siblings, Harry "Bunk" Lewis, Jr., Edwin, James, Norris "Gus", John Lewis, Dorothy St. Cyr and Rae Jean Zubeck.
She is survived by: her husband Wilbur; her sons, David Hackley (Lisa) of Columbia, MO, Ron Hackley of Overland Park, KS and Steven Hackley (Amanda Miller) of Moberly, MO; her grandchildren, Andrew Elliott (Crystal), Emily Connon and Kerrigan Hackley; and her great grandchildren, Ellie, Addie, Evie, Liam, Layne and Lily.
