She is survived by: her husband Donald; her children, Alicia Blair of Armstrong, Missouri, Elsie Blair of Armstrong, Missouri, Donald Blair III of Armstrong, Missouri and Victoria Blair of Armstrong, Missouri; her grandchildren, Christopher Blair of Armstrong, Missouri and Madison Blair of Armstrong, Missouri; and her siblings, Cheryl Mathis of Joplin, Rockford Cox of Joplin and Rebecca Clash of Iowa. She is also survived by extended family and close friends.
