He is survived by: his mother Barbara Viola Schermerhorn; his stepfather Gene Brooks; his daughter Brittany Miller; his siblings, Ricky Cundiff and Kathy Garrett; his stepsiblings, Ronald Brooks and Holly Kirkendoll; and his grandchildren, Kenley and Charlotte.
